Upon enrollment, you will receive written confirmation along with any other information pertaining to your Northeast Art experience. Your enrollment is confirmed with your deposit or tuition received and indicates that you have read, understand and accept the terms of enrollment including cancellation policy.
If Participant needs to cancel:
*Tuition and Deposits are refundable when given written notice greater than 45 days prior to workshop commencement (minus a $75 cancel fee or $25 transfer fee to another Northeast Workshop Retreat). If cancellation made within 45 days of workshop commencement - the deposit is then non-refundable. We always feel horrible when a personal emergency arises for a participant close to the workshop date or even once the workshop has begun, however we must adhere to this cancel policy due to committed expenses on the part of Northeast Workshops but also in fairness to the artists, instructors and other participants.
Northeast Art reserves the right to cancel a workshop due to unviability - in such event we will notify participants immediately and at least 30 days prior workshop commencement & with prompt refund of all deposits/tuitions paid.
